The Luxembourg low chair first appeared on the paths of the famous Parisian park from which it takes its name in the 1920s, directly from the workshops of the Paris parks department where the first versions were manufactured. Who knew then that, decades later, it would be reproduced by a workshop dedicated to traditional Fermob crafts. In the 90s, at the request of the Luxembourg Gardens, Fermob manufactured the armchair again.
